The agreement between your company and Foreday when you sign up or pay.

01 Who we are
Foreday is software for running a small company's day: tasks, an agent that does work handed to it, and attendance, leave, invoices and payslips as modules. These terms apply to everyone who uses foreday.ai.
02 Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your company. You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping sign-in details private.
03 Using Foreday
Use Foreday lawfully. Don't break, probe or resell the service, and don't upload content you have no right to share.
04 The agent
The agent acts on what you ask, and most of what it changes can be undone. Check its work before you send anything to a customer or an authority; you remain responsible for invoices and payslips you issue.
05 Your data
Your company owns its data. We process it only to run Foreday, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time.
06 Plans, billing and taxes
Foreday costs $6 per active person per month, or ₹499 for companies billed in India, billed monthly in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, who handles payment, invoicing and sales tax.
07 Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time from Settings. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
08 Changes and availability
We improve Foreday continuously and tell you by email at least 30 days before a change that reduces what you pay for.
09 Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where the law allows.
10 Liability
Foreday is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kochi, Kerala have jurisdiction.
