01 What we collect
Account details (name, work email, company), the content your company puts into Foreday, and basic usage and device data needed to keep the service secure.
02 How we use it
To run and support Foreday, keep it secure, bill your company and tell you about changes. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
03 The agent and AI providers
When you ask the agent to do something, the content it needs is sent to our AI provider to produce the answer. Providers may not train on your data.
04 Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Dodo Payments (payments, as Merchant of Record) and our AI provider. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
05 Where it is stored
Your company's data is stored in Mumbai, India, and may be processed in other countries by the providers above under standard contractual safeguards.
06 How long we keep it
While your account is open. After you close it we delete company data within 30 days, except what tax law requires us to keep.
07 Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing. Write to support@foreday.ai; we reply within 30 days.
09 Children
Foreday is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
10 Changes
We will post any change here and email account owners before it takes effect.
