Refund and Cancellation Policy
How to cancel and when you get money back.

01 Cancel any time
Owners cancel from Settings, Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops renewing.
02 Refunds
If Foreday did not work for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Charges made in error, such as a double charge, are always refunded.
03 Renewals
Monthly renewals are not refunded once the month has started. Removing a person lowers your next bill, not the current one.
04 How to ask
Email support@foreday.ai from the owner's address with your company name. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
05 Your data after cancelling
You can export your data for 30 days after the plan ends. After that it is deleted.
